SHUT-OUT Permit
SHUT-OUT Permit
A Shut-Out Permit is a mandatory Singapore Customs declaration used when export cargo is unable to depart on its intended vessel or flight due to reasons such as delays, space constraints, or operational issues. The permit serves to amend or void the initial export declaration, enabling the cargo to be legally removed from the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and re-arranged for a new shipment schedule while remaining fully compliant with customs regulations.
